“I had twice previously visited Dr. Chris Dembski to resolve injuries to neck muscles from exercise, and on both of those occasions, just one treatment was enough to resolve the pain and mobility I had been experiencing for weeks prior to going to his office. He was highly recommended from several of my fellow regular boot camp class attendees. More recently, Dr. Dembski was able to quickly alleviate the problems I have had for years with thoracic outlet syndrome with just one visit. For as long as I can remember, my left arm would go either partially or completely numb at night while I slept. I mentioned it to a couple doctors (primary care physicians) over the years, but my comments were shrugged off with the comment “sometimes that just happens”. I learned to live with it and had just assumed that my ulnar nerve (based both on previous doctor guesses and my own Google search) was getting compressed while sleeping on my side. The problem was that the numbness and tingling would wake me often throughout the night, and on occasion, the sensation of the blood that had been cut off running back through my arm once I woke and turned over was painful. Dr. Dembski recognized the problem and treated it immediately as thoracic outlet syndrome, based on my own description, answers to questions, and in-office tests. Although I returned for treatment several times after the initial visit, I have not yet had a single recurrence of the numbness or tingling since the first visit. I did not have to have an MRI, a nerve test, or any other expensive testing. It has been a month since that first visit, and after having been woken every night, sometimes multiple times in the same night, for many years, I have not experienced even a minor level of tingling since. I was not aware that over time, the compression of the arteries and nerves that cut off the blood supply to my arm from this syndrome can cause blood clots. I will now continue the self-care he showed me how to continue on my own at home.”

“Very good burgers. Mexican food needs some improvement. Nacho supreme should have more than onions, cheese and tomatoes. Taco were similarly basic. Their pico is 70%onions and the rest tomatoes. Friend service, prices are a little steep. Cute decor and seating, or get your food to go.”
