“Could not recommend this place enough. I live an hour away and have been bringing my daughter here for the past 3 years. Everyone is very nice from the nurses, to the people in the front desk to the doctors as well. My daughters primary doctor is Dr.Bansilal she is the absolute best! She listens, explains thoroughly and never makes you feel dumb asking questions. She is also a very reassuring person and is extremely good with kids. My daughter loves her ! Always telling me she wants to go to the doctor !! I recently had a newborn (currently 2 months) and chose Dr.Bansilal as her primary as well. The care this office has for their patients is outstanding. I’ve brought my eldest here on last min appointments and they have never been an issue to make. All the other doctors I have met are great as well. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!”

“I first tried Carozza when I relocated jobs from a Westchester County and I am SO happy I stumbled across this place!! I love the gym layout, it’s a huge open space and it has everything you can possibly need ... no matter if your trying to just work out, do CrossFit or following a private training programming. Mike , the owner , is AWESOME as well. He me very accessible, friendly and knowledgeable on anything workout related. He is ALWAYS in the gym , so if you have any questions about a work out, technique or programming questions he is always there for you. And it also helps that he has a very likable personality and good humor :) Mike is very hands on and knows all his members, he is one of the best gym owners I have met. Sometimes if he has to run out of the gym for a errand , I can always text him any workout related questions and he gets back to me instantly. The gym is located in a school bus/construction warehouse type location but don’t let that throw you off ! It’s awesome inside :) My job got transferred back to NY last year, and I tried other gyms close to me, but the layout of the gym , Mikes hands on approach and the programming is what made new rejoin and drive a little out of my way up to Stamford ! And someone below commented about the bathrooms ? It’s a awesome gym , CrossFit gym, that gets RESULTS. If you want fancy bathrooms and fluffy bs, join Equinox.”
