“Awesome place to hike. There are different trails with different levels of difficulty. If you want to hike for longer go for the white trail. The red trail has moderate level of difficulty. Plenty of parking place as well. The trails are well maintained and clean. Dog friendly and bike friendly as well.”

“I was not aware that this little Bird-Haven was pronounced Ko-keen-ohh Island. I row out here for the restful perch it offers of the Sound and the clamming boats running their lines. From here you can see (on a good day) the curvature of the earth... Manhattan is 40 miles to the west and the taller buildings are rendered small, as at this distance, the earth curves away from the island 1,067'. Broadway is 1, 067' lower then Cockenoe Island. You will see the upper portions of the tallest buildings and - if the lower air is cooler (and denser) you will see more or less of the remainder depending on the refraction of the temperature gradiant. All - in -all, a great place to relax...”

“This is one of the best Wetlands I've ever been to. The plants are always planty and the water is always watery. This is Westport - they will make sure it's that way.”

“When I visited the Weston park and recreation the building was old and I dont think there was anyone inside when I went to visit but the door was unlocked so I drove to the town library and hung out there then when I came back there was a lady. The fact that I had to leave then come back just to get some decent service is unacceptable. Weston is not a big town it should be that hard to get service. I just had a simple question and she didn't know the answer.”
