“Great park to bring dogs and kids”
Address: Hollow Rd, Woodbury, CT 06798, USA
“Hollow Park is a lovely place with a well built playground composed of two separate areas - one for little ones and one for older kids. The only problem is that the sign in the parking lot indicated different areas for the age groups with each designated as such, but at the time of our visit the two playgrounds hadn't been marked. It's clear which is for each age group, but some people seemed to need the designation.”

“A very nice and straightforward boat launch. "Put boat here, park vehicle there." Supposedly requires a permit from the Town of New Milford, but I have frequently seen folks here without one, for what worth.”

“Amazing place to bring ur dog especially for the first time. I brought my Australian Sheppard puppy and he loved it. I never seen my dog so happy. It’s by far one of the best experiences I’ve had all year. People are super friendly. All fenced in. Theres doggy bags, dog bowls(but bring ur own water they didn’t have a fountain) they also have tennis balls and loads of other toys. I’m going to be coming back a lot more!”

“Clean and well maintained.”

“We had a great hike here with some Scouts. The trails and views are best and the fire tower is a big surprise. The only downsides is the trash near the tower(it looks like the local kids hang out there) and the graffiti on the tower can be inappropriate. In a small town with a limited budget there probably isn't much they can do. If you go bring a bag and pick up a few items and we can make it better together.”

“We enjoyed our visit to this quite, well kept park. There was a large covered pavilion for picnics. There was also a paved walk around the park that several youngsters were enjoying walking and biking on.”

“Went here for a taco festival and the location was fantastic, more than enough parking and a well kept grounds. The parking director people were cranky and didn't really know they were doing. But overall a great experience.”
