I initially came to The Reform School in 2014 for help with chronic back pain, and found Miriam to be extraordinarily skillful at identifying and correcting the problem. I continue to go to The Reform School because my core and flexibility have never been stronger or as fit. The one-on-one sessions are personalized to your needs; Miriam never fails to ask what issues you’re having and tailors your workout to address them. She patiently coaches, encourages, motivates, and challenges you. The studio has all the Pilates equipment, which provide a variety of ways to work out. It is also a wonderful place of calm in a fast world – I always finish my sessions feeling serene, confident, and a little bit taller! I definitely and unqualifiedly recommend The Reform School to anybody who needs help recovering from an injury, or who wants to increase their overall strength and fitness. (Plus, there is parking right at the studio, so you don’t have to contend with parking meters and gridlock!)”

Not only were the two service men extremely polite and friendly they took considerate care in making sure that they didn't mar or nick the floor or walls. “Dr. Peden performed reconstructive surgery on my ankle and leg. I had two other doctors give their recommendations for surgery, and ended up choosing Dr. Peden because he was the only one that suggested additional reinforcement of my ankle to help prevent arthritis and allow me to remain as active as possible. I am 39 with three young kids, he recognized that and thought about the long term. He also caught an additional foot injury that was missed by the two other ortho's that I had examine my injury. Definitely would recommend Dr. Peden to all family and friends.”

“In all fairness this is my only experience in this store for an issue I couldn’t get fixed at the ACME store on High Ridge Road in Stamford where I always shop. I tried my luck here and it paid off. Customer service means a lot. Who doesn’t want to feel valued? An item that I wanted to redeem with my reward points is not available at any ACME store in lower Fairfield County. The High Ridge store would not substitute a comparable item they had in stock, which costs exactly the same as the item offered on my list. The other ACME stores don’t carry this product either. I buy a lot which adds insult to injury. I drove down to Riverside and took a comparable package from their freezer to Ali in Customer Service. The difference was like night and day. Ali honored the substitute product and fixed the problem with professionalism and respect for the customer (me.). A little kindness goes a long way. Just for the record I showed Ali that I removed the product from my rewards list. Thank you Ali.”
