“Overall my experience was very good. People were friendly, courteous and professional and I had good results. What could be improved: I had different people from one appointment to the other at times and some weren't as familiar with what I was supposed to be doing. Sometimes the person attending was very busy and there wasn't much supervision. At the beginning we need to be reminded about how to be performing our exercises and some did not. The massage is not much of a massage -- not enough pressure being put on the muscles. I have found massage to be as beneficial for me as the other therapy. It would be nice if that service could be provided at the place of therapy and not just the 5-10 minutes given. On the good side -- they were encouraging, answered my questions and were eager to help me take these exercises home to help me keep my progress. I definitely had relief from the pain and help in strengthening muscles. The facility was clean and open and snow was always removed to make it safe. I will definitely use ATI when I get my knee replacement and recommend them to others. ”

I went away to college, came back 4 years later and still remembered me. Got my hair washed, they suggested what products would work best for my hair since it's natural and curly. It's hard finding the right product for curly hair but they had the right one on deck that worked perfectly for my hair. It's easy to book an appointment and they have gift certificates if you want to treat someone to getting their hair done. They even have a barber in the back. Check em out.”
