(April 11, 2018, 8:02 pm)My La Z Boy rocker had a broken recliner mechanism. I phoned Callaway Furniture to ask how to get my chair fixed. They told me to bring it to the store and they would look at it. Within thirty minutes my chair was fixed and they were friendly and courteous. It is wonderful to deal with a business that offers excellent service.
