“This is an auto repair shop that I highly recommend! It was formerly Gilbert's and now J & S. My family has been taking our vehicles here for years and every time we have that been there we have received excellent service! These guys are very friendly, knowledgeable, dependable & down to earth. Above all, THEY ARE HONEST! I really don't know much about cars other than the very basics and unfortunately have had many bad experiences with unhonest repair shops that have ripped me off. At J & S, I've only had good experiences with honest and trustworthy service. If you don't really need something, they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary parts or repairs. “They really treated me right. I had a chainsaw that the chain would not spin. I'm a bit of a do-it-yourself-er so I had tried everything I could think of. I brought it to T&T. Instead of taking down my information and saying I'll call you later, Bill went right to work looking over my chain saw. In about 2 minutes he knew what my problem was. I had purchased the wrong chain and bar for my saw from the big box retailer. He traded bars with me, no charge, sold me the correct chain, installed it, no labor charge and I was in and out of the store 10 minutes tops with a working chainsaw. Don't come here expecting anything fancy, but if you want good, honest and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price, this is your place. They exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys”
