I have had occasion to purchase a number of items from this location. The folks here, led by the manager Ron are just awesome people. I cannot say enough about how polite, friendly and knowledgable they are. They are truly a testament to what great service should be. If you are a ham, this is the place to go.

Wow, wow, wow! What great customer service. I placed an order for a mod that required me to send my mobile radio in. Even before I expected it to have arrived at HRO for the work to begin, it was already there, the work done, and back in my hands (literally a matter of a couple days). Excellent, friendly customer service is why I'll always buy from HRO, and this store in particular, even though I live a few states away.

Great crew in here. I placed an order for will-call, and wound up in the store less than an hour later, they already had everything pulled and set aside. Gave me a lot of good info while I browsed at some other stuff as well!

This is a rare store! They are very well versed in all things ham radio and you can get your hands on the latest gear to see how it works. They have stores across the country and if they don’t have it there, they will ship it to you. Stop in and checking out. It can be a little disorganized and I wish it was 5 times larger!
