I didn’t even plan to buy anything, but ended up getting a Lovesac Supersac because I couldn’t pass up the deal! Would recommend this store and their products to anyone!
(January 7, 2019, 2:25 pm)Stopped into the Christiana DE store twice and both times was pleased with the information & customer service I was given. My second visit I actually ordered my pieces. Damaris was extremely helpful with design, fabric choices and discussing financing options. I am eagerly waiting to receive my order!!
(December 25, 2018, 3:30 pm)Celeste was very helpful and knowledgeable with our purchase. She was able to maneuver between three customers at one time and made us feel like we were the only ones in the store.
(December 10, 2018, 9:55 am)Fantastic experience! Knowledgeable staff, very patient. Well informed about the product. Only downside to the purchasing experience was the use of a 3rd party company for delivery/set-up. We ended up choosing the free option of using FedEx for delivery and will assemble everything when it arrives.
(November 27, 2018, 6:56 pm)Celeste was extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped us every step of the way. We traveled about 80 miles to the store because we couldn’t make a purchase like this without seeing and touching the furniture. We haven’t received it yet but are looking forward to it! Thanks for the showroom and for the great service and support so far .. good job Celeste!
