Very friendly service

I have lived at Ascot Landing for about 1 year and I signed to renew my lease for another year..I want to say that I had a personal problem with family and Jill the Manager was there to help me right away...I had to get my heater checked and the maintenance man, Mike was friendly and said don't ever hesitate to call me ....we are here....and he got the job done fast....It is very quiet and nice neighborhood and people are nice...Nice experience at Ascot Landing..enjoying it here..

i have been living here for over a year and every time i call the office for maintenance or any other situation, they are fast, polite and attentive and helpful. They make living here a pleasure. I can see my family being here a very long time. Thanks for making this a nice community
