“The guys at the new location of Wooden Wheels seem to really enjoy what they do. Their prices for parts beat the online guys and you get to talk to a real person when discussing fitment. To me, that is priceless! Got a new chain, tire tube and new freewheel for my very old Diamondback Assent. They even installed the new freewheel while I waited, which was less then two minutes. “Matt went way out of his way to fix my bike! The brakes on my brand new bike we’re on the fritz, and I first went to another Delaware bike shop to ask for help. I was told I needed to go back to where I bought my bike from to pursue a warranty from the brake manufacturer. Not helpful. Henry’s Bikes, on the other hand, first tried to fix it, then contacted SRAM and got them to send a new set of brakes for free. Henry’s was very reasonably priced, customer focused, and just super nice about it. Really thankful!”
