Delaware Eye Surgery Group has Social Distancing and all Safety Precautions down to a Science. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. Doctors are GREAT. Dr. Smith did surgery for Cataracts on both my husbands eyes. Could not have ask for or have gotten better results. WONDERFUL. Dr. Smith is an extremely talented Surgeon.

I see Dr. Menear as my Optometrists, 5 Stars as well.

I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Smith was able to see me in a timely manner, schedule the surgery, and have it done. It was quick, painless, almost pleasant (except for the fact that it was surgery.) Highly recommend this office and Dr. Smith.

Super efficient office, can't say good enough about the doctor and his staff with the results of my cataract surgery on my first eye. Starting off as the most scared patient, have gone to looking forward to getting the next eye done there. Phenomenal office, wish it were closer to Lewes, but then they sent a taxi round trip from my doctor here to make themselves available to me. I have been a patient her for a number of years. The care given by this group is really amazing, in an age where med services are a get em in get em out proposition. They work on time, provide exceptional quality care, listen really listen. My eyes are very important to me and I am sure to you reading this. So for eye care, regular checkups etc, you can't do better than Delaware Eye Surgeons. Dr. Simmerman, my physician, is a consummate professional.
Then I started having some issues and it was determined that I would benefit from cataract surgery. So I met with Dr. Smith to discuss the procedure. I'm pretty sure that having someone do surgery on your eyes is something none of us is comfortable with. The entire groups here is so helpful. They take you through every step, completely explain what is going to happen, and treat you like you are the most important person there at that time. I had both eyes done one week apart. There was very little discomfort, and I can now see so much better. The colors are bright and the halo's I used to get while driving at night are no longer a problem. I know there are a number of groups in the area, and I am sure they all provide great medical services, but if you are going to another, need something done, get a second opinion here. That way you will be able to see eye car, done well.

Dr. Smith is a caring, highly skilled surgeon who can be trusted to do the best work possible. He repaired my husband's eyes 20 years ago and is about to do the same for my son. He is very special to our family.
