PhysioFit Delaware, LLC

This is a clean location for Del Taco. The carnitas is good here but not the taste of a true Mexican restaurant. I found the counter person was not up to the simple job of taking an order.

With coupons I was able to fill up for $2.70. Yesterday I got a breakfast meal at McDonald's for $10 😲

Clean and friendly. The order was prepared properly. I have had many locations lately just slap it together and not consistent. I appreciate this so much ..a small act small expectations.

Angela is incredibly down to earth and speaks to you with expertise and understanding. My first visit with her was in-depth and allowed for us to create a routine with guidance and hands on support, while making sure that I understood what was happening, why we are doing what we are moving forward, and how to apply it to get me where I need to be. She is truly focused on transitioning you outside of the office and staying active and healthy in all aspects. Couldn’t recommend a better or more trustworthy experience and I am looking forward to thriving as an athlete with her stellar care.

Tore my right ACL back in Dec 2020. I had already dealt with left ACL reconstructive surgery and knew what that process was like. Angela at PhysioFit listened to what I wanted and where I wanted to be. She created an amazing program for me and I'm back to my desired fitness. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me gain confidence in what I can do. Highly recommend Angela and PhysioFit! So glad our paths crossed!

Dealing with an ACL injury is life changing but Angela's expert knowledge and calm demeanor was just what I needed to make an informed decision about next steps. One of the only places open late night near Lakewood. Not sure why everything in Lakewood closes when the street lights come on. Thank you Del-Taco on Carson & Cherry. I nearly starved driving around looking for a place to eat tonight.
