Dr. Tobi is the best! I dealt with a sore jaw for years due to grinding my teeth every night in my sleep. It used to cause me intense pain and headaches. I went to Dr. Tobi looking for relief and after my first session she explained to me that my jaw was shifted, resulting in the painful teeth grinding in my sleep. She adjusted my jaw using her torque release technique. It's a very gentle method but is so so effective! I started seeing results immediately – my jaw pain was released, I could finally chew my food without pain, and my headaches went away! I've been seeing her for a couple months now and I can say I no longer experience my teeth grinding or clenching while sleeping! I remember from my first session with her she asked me, "What do you normally do to help relieve the jaw pain?" I told her, "nothing, I usually just deal with it." It dawned on me in that moment that I shouldn't have to "just deal with it" and continue being in pain. I'm so happy I met her!

A bicycling accident caused me several serious injuries. I treated with multiple physicians, from neurologists and concussion specialists to physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons. After waning progress, some recommended major surgeries as a last-ditch effort to try to repair some of the damage. Others told me the injuries were permanent and that there was nothing more they could do. Their messages were, “ just live with it”. I knew my body deserved better, and that’s when I found Dr. Tobi. From my first visit, I knew she was every bit as passionate about restoring my physical and emotional health as I was. She was honest and told me she wouldn’t make any promises but that, together, we’d get me back to being my best.

I’m not just another body strolling through the doorway. She uses a gentle and effective method called Torque Release Technique. No alarming popping or cracking noises with adjustments!
And did you know chiropractic isn’t just for back pain? Although I presented with plenty of that, I also suffer from headaches, vertigo and balance issues, ringing in my ears, shoulder pain and extremity numbness. Symptoms improve with every visit, and I am encouraged by my progress.
