  One-Yoga's program encompases so much more than Yoga poses. The teacher training is a life changing experience and is not just for people that want to teach yoga. The YTT has encouraged me to pursue my career goals apart from world of yoga. Susan and her team offer expert guidance and teaching. Each of her teachers has unique and special gifts to share. One-Yoga's program is not about churning out teachers to teach poses, but rather sending out students to share the real gifts of yoga with the community.

  One Yoga teaches so much more than physical poses. Susan and her team are caring and intuitive people that work to treat their clients holistically.
  I am lucky to have completed a teacher training with One Yoga and would recommend this company to anyone!

  I completed my YTT200 with One-Yoga and Susan Smith last year and the experience changed my life! I went into it thinking I was simply going to learn how to teach a yoga class and I came out of it having learned so much more. I now have the tools I need to tune my body, mind and soul. It's worth every minute and every penny.

  I completed my 200 hour teacher training with One Yoga last year. I have learned so much about the process of yoga and living a yogic lifestyle. The teachers have a unique way of guiding their students through deep personal work to get in touch with their Divine Self.
  All of the teachers are awesome. They are welcoming, (very) knowledgeable, and gifted. All classes, no matter the level, provide challenges as I learn to listen to my body and flow with the breath. I walk out of each class with another tidbit of knowledge.
  
  I would highly recommend One Yoga for anyone looking to learn how to safely share the physical practice of yoga with others or just to deepen their personal practice.

  I took my YTT with One-Yoga back in September of 2015. What to say....it changed everything for the better, and I don't mean that in a cliche-typical way. I mean that in the most genuine way possible.
  
  The work of looking deep within myself to face my demons and still fall in love with who I am -- that was priceless. One-Yoga is an integration of body, mind, and spirit. The instructors are there for you, the classes are so incredibly introspective, and the experience you gain in the end will always support you on your journey.
  
  I would highly recommend One-Yoga to anyone who is looking for some personal work, whether that is teaching yoga or just learning more about yourself.
  
  There is nothing like giving yourself the gift of being comfortable in your own skin. That's what you'll find here -- the courage to begin that trek, and what a beautiful trek it is....
