What a wonderful staff and comforting environment. Julia Jordan is amazing great to talk to and help you to help yourself and figure things out. Basically to be the best person in human you can be.

The receptionist on the phone John Baul was very kind and helpful. I have my first appointment this coming Monday so I cannot speak on my experience as far as treatment goes, but staff is very nice.

I started going to Serene Minds in May 2021. At first I was getting discouraged because I was seeing one doctor then switching to another doctor and then nurse practitioner’s. Now I’m very comfortable with the situation.The staff has been very helpful and friendly. They respond quick when I have a question.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to Dr.Gupta for 4yrs and for 4yrs I had issues with him. He is extremely cold and rigid, he never smiles or shows compassion. There’s no kindness. . He’s not friendly at all.. There’s no bed side manner. He micromanaged all my medications. He would interrupt me when I spoke. He is very intimidating. I always had increased anxiety when I had an appointment with him. I never felt comfortable being truly honest with him. He was never empathetic. Very matter of fact and rushed. I never felt like he was truly listening.

I don't understand the poor reviews for Serene Minds. I feel so blessed and lucky to be in such good care. I was suffering from breathing issues which are related to anxiety (I know this from being diagnosed w/ anxiety in 2008-09). I started going to therapy through a different organization and my anxiety was getting worse with absolutely no relief in sight. I had a nervous break that made me realize I need to seek better professional help and came across Serene Minds after doing a search through my insurance. Lucky for me, they were able to get me in with Mike T. After about an hour of sitting with him and Dr. Gupta, I was diagnosed with PTSD and placed on two different medications. I started EMDR therapy with Beth Donovan and have been in their hands since July 2016. It has been a life altering experience. I have good days and bad days like anyone else, but my quality of life is so much better. I would recommend Serene Minds (who am I kidding? I HAVE recommended them) to everyone. The offices are nice, the staff is wonderful, and they truly care about their patient's well being.
