“Sunrise of Wilmington was my home for over 2.5 years. As an employee and part of the leadership team, it was the best job and community I could have ever asked for. I believed in the team, the care, and the values so much that I assisted my own family member into moving there. The care is truly unmatched and the team is 1 in a million. Not to mention, they are one of the few buildings in the area that never needed an agency throughout the pandemic. They always maintained their true Sunrise employees. Although I no longer support the DE community, I continue to be an employee of Sunrise. This company promotes within and offers many opportunities for growth! Overall, I highly recommend working, touring, and moving into this building if given the opportunity. You won't regret it!”
