  Since 1993! They have always done a simply outstanding job! This year it was a technical
  Issue with the LLC. Quickly solved the problem and had us up and ready to close in a couple of days.

  Awesome overall! Delaware Registry was extremely fast in setting up my business. They respond to emails quickly, provide examples when filling out paperwork and charge a very fair and reasonable fee. They were recommended to me by a CPA, and I highly recommend them as well!

  Best service company in DE! I have worked with many companies, but no one will take care of your business filing needs with the DE Secretary of State better...they are efficient, qualified and most of all friendly. Ask for Kelly and find out why I will not work with any other company.

  I spoke to Doreen about setting up an LLC and she was very kind and helpful. I was able to get my company setup within less than a day! The agents there really know their stuff, and it's refreshing to be able to get this work done so quickly - without having to repeat myself a hundred times. Great job!
