I'm originally from Georgia and it was like stepping in to a down home diner. This is my boyfriend's favorite restaurant. He's been going since he was a child and he shared it with me. I can definitely see why. I don't normally like hot dogs but these were great.
Great spot for hot dogs. Sunday is Dog Day so they're on sale and perfect for a quick lunch
Second time coming here food was very delicious. Customer service was excellent. I even ordered a pilly classic cheese stake with fried onions and mushrooms it was very delicious. I recommend the spot if you’re in the area or location for a authentic cheesesteak.
I love stopping in here. I've been coming here off and on since the late 80s / early 90s. Stopping in the other night I got an extra bonus when I found that a friend I grew up with is working there. Great food, drinks (sodas, milkshakes, etc), and service.
I could tell this place was gonna be legit just from looking at the 50s style sign in the parking lot. Inside, mid century lunch counter/cafeteria vibes. Roll was on point with a slight chewiness and there was a good heat ratio with the hot peps they used. The fries were crispy and plentiful, and their signiture sauce was solid pairing - it is orange, meat based, and zesty. Its not a chili-dog-like sauce, but not a micky D's mac sauce style affair either. Verdict: This place is a 💎
