“Love this library! Even if they don’t have the book you want, they’ll mail it there super quickly so you can pick it up. There’s lots of seats and private rooms you can rent. They also have a lot of events for children, it’s nice to see the community so active in their local library.”

“I spend a good deal of time in the Morris Library doing research . Just wanted to comment on how well the building is kept up for a much older building. The dated restrooms are always well stocked and clean. I spend most of my time on the first floor but the other floors are clean as well. Always nice to go there and use the facilities. I usually come in through the work week during the day when it is slower than it is on the weekends.”

“They are very friendly and welcoming. We use the meeting rooms for our monthly (sometimes every other month) official chapter of the Dover DE Dream Catchers:Live Richer group. They always have up to date information about events that are taking place. We love this Library.”

“Great study environment with a range of study locations. Sometimes a little noisy but if you stay towards the back it should be okay. Terrible hours though, who closes a library on a Thursday?!”

“So far is one of the MOST AMAZING museum that i have visited so far! The garden is wonderful and huge, one could spend a whole day walking around and be in dreamland. They offer garden tram that is included in your admission ticket and you need to pay an additional $5 fee for the House tour at your option, which is totally worth it because not only the tour guide are friendly but as well they are well trained with abundant knowledge about the house and the Dupont family’s lifestyle.”

“We have been to a few bigger art museums but we were impressed with the art displayed at this museum. The staff was very friendly. We went on a Thurs 4-8 and it was free with live music and people outside relaxing. The location is beautiful. We were able to see Civil Rights inspired exhibits that are ending soon and really impressed by those exhibits. The gift store is great. We will def return and enjoyed our time.”

“THE most impressive library in the state of Delaware. Period. Ask for a tour. You will get one. Order some mac & cheese bites. They're delicious.”

“Love this library. It is in a wonderful location. Best library atmosphere. It is quiet, comfortable, and staff are always nice and very helpful. Much better than the libraries in our area that can be crowded and loud.”

“I normally have a very pleasant experience here, but today the male librarian who checked out my materials was not very friendly to me. I greeted him, said please and thank you multiple times, and never received a positive response from him. I hope maybe it was just that he was having a bad day, and not personal against me.”
