(September 20, 2018, 7:40 am)I came here on the 19th of September and did not have to pay. The beach at this location has changed since they restored the beach. The sand is more gritty and full of shells going into the water is horrible. Many more rocks and the waves break to fast. Let mother nature take her course. Beach has been here longer the us.
