Other vendors skip the mention of detail specs, electrical and carpentry needs for an installation. Brandon manages the entire process effectively and acts as if it was his own investment. Their easy to communicate with to plan your purchase and very supportive once the tub is in place. We're looking forward to many years of laying back in our new Cal Spas unit. Fantastic!
