“Delaware Grappling is a hidden gem in Western Sussex County. Both of my boys have been coming to Delaware Grappling for close to a year. The instruction received is really first rate as it is challenging and pertinent to actually learning BJJ. To watch the children who participate grow in skill and confidence, including my own, in learning BJJ style skills has been a blessing. I've witnessed this confidence reveal itself in my sons other activities. This was one of the reasons, at 43 years old, I have joined the gym to begin learning BJJ. Like the children's classes, the adult classes are instruction driven and ego's are left at the door. I appreciate this as someone who has to go to work.
