Had a great time with great folks!
Love this place!! Bathrooms away clean. We love to Camp or just come over for a nice walk, ride our bikes, kayaking or visit with friends that are champing. The camping store has a little of everything..get out and enjoy but make sure to pick up your dogs poop and take your trash. No one wants to pick it up for you. :)
We love Trap Pond! Best camping spot so far Delaware wise! We've been camping for a year now and this is our favorite destination. The host's at this destination are amazing and I wish everyone was this way at every state park we visited.
There is a playground here on the A loop but the sound from the playground does not resonate into the other loops. You can somewhat hear the sounds from the A loop to the B loop buqqt it's muffled.
We went from a 23ft trailer to a 28 foot trailer with a slide out and now we are the happiest campers ever!
We love this place! We take our camper twice a year . Staff is good restrooms are clean. Its the most natural campground I have been to. They take great effort to only remove what trees are necessary. Lots of stuff for everyone to do at cheap prices. Both us and the kids have a great time everytime.
We camped here for 2 nights. We rented an RV camping space and set up a tent. If you rent an RV space you get to get electric and water. There is only one bathroom in the entire camping ground which is not in a good condition. There are flies and spiders everywhere inside and outside the bathroom. We enjoyed the lake however. You can rent kayak, canoe, boat, etc for around 10 dollars for an hour. The lake is pretty big however I doubt that there are any fish in the lake. It is not that much deep. Management is good and main office is very close to the camping ground where you can buy anything that you forgot to bring. You can also buy fire wood from there. We didn't do hiking but I don't think there where worthy hiking spots.
