(August 13, 2017, 12:46 pm)$10.00 out of state fee. Not a problem. Anything to keep these types of places alive and accessible. You need a permit to drive on the beach to surf fish and it looks like this is a very popular thing to do. They have an air station to put air back into your tires when you leave (lower the pressure upon entering). Very few folks overall and no commercial activities. There looks to be some nice (not really that many) rental homes available just before you enter the park.
