(September 20, 2018, 8:32 am)We bought a dishwasher. The salesman John was very helpful, friendlyl and very knowledgeable about the different products. He did not force any one machine on us and he did not pressure us to buy anyting. He printed out material for us to take home and read on our own. We were deciding on Bosh or KitchenAid. We finally bought a Bosh on the 2nd visit. We decided to purchase from Henolopen because of John and because of their in house service department.
