“I been going to Cheryl for pain management for a lot of years, I really enjoyed going to her for my pain, let me tell you my story of what happened, I got up from bed felt really sick plus I couldn't walk my family took me to the kitchen to see what I wanted to drink well I dropped the juice on the floor then I fell right down I was very weak at that time I had my meds out of my lock box because I was going to take them, I didn't even get a chance my son called 911 took me to Bebee hospital I wasn't thinking about my meds at that time. They said my body was shutting down plus I had pneumonia, and my kidneys were bad there was a lot of people in my house that day 911 people my neighbors, I stayed in Bebee for a week, then I got sent to Atlantic shores I was there for almost two months, I returned home on Aug. 16th guess what my pain meds were gone couldn't find them anywhere, so I called Cheryl and talked to her nurse then she related the message well her nurse called me back and said Cheryl said I'm not a responsible med. Person and she will no longer take me as a patient they said they will send me my discharge paper. I was shocked so was my nurse that comes to my house twice a week, I really don't think she should discharge me, Yes I guess its my fought laying on the floor very weak, and I didn't get up to put my pain meds back into my lock box. Now this is what happened, I say she should take me back as her patient Judy Sharp”
