Everything about this place is fantastic. The instructor is great at teaching all aspects of mma from beginner to more advanced techniques. Everyone here was extremely welcoming and friendly, making it the perfect environment to learn and improve!
I train at another gym, and did a walk-in to avoid missing an entire week of training. Great class, great instruction, the students were cool, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m at the beach!
Noel Bowman, the owner/operator, has been my personal trainer for about a year. I'd highly recommend Noel as a personal trainer, teacher, and coach because his methods have greatly improved my health and wellness. Aside from general fitness instruction, Noel is a master of mixed martial arts. I love the Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes because they have made my workouts fun and exciting.
I highly recommend anyone contact noel regardless of age or skill level. All of the people in the group classes are friendly and welcoming. You can always count on a positive environment whether Noel is instructing kids BJJ classes, adult MMA classes, or senior citizen fitness training.
