The process of renting a storage unit was very easy. The staff member that signed us in was very friendly and helpful, even though he was swamped with phone calls and other customers coming in. The facility was very clean and looked very secure.

So far, so good. I like that the drive is paved rather than just gravel.
I do wish there was a pallet-jack available for use, though.
