(June 2, 2019, 6:13 am)We just bought our first boat at Northbay and it was a great experience. From the purchase, to delivery everything is first class. Special shout out to JD in sales, and Buck and Hank at delivery. Hank went with us at launching the boat, and was super thorough at giving us our first lesson. I'm sure if you buy here you will be satisfied.

(April 23, 2019, 2:01 pm)I purchased our Aqua Patio boat from a private party last year (2018). It's a great boat. The reason I am posting this on North Bay Marina's page is that the previous owner bought the boat from North Bay and had the annual service performed by them. I could tell the moment I first looked at it that it was well maintained. Looking through the maintenance records, North Bay never upsold or performed any unnecessary work while at the same time maintaining the items that one should maintain. The prices were fair as well.
Last summer, my dock neighbor backed into my boat damaging the ladder. I contacted North Bay and JD told me that he could get me the ladder directly from Godfrey but it was a little pricey. Trying to save my neighbor some money, I looked around and even contacted 3rd party ladder manufacturers, however, unsuccessful. I went back to JD and he got me the ladder-I about a week no less.
Fast forward to now (Spring 2019). I had some issues with the ladder so I sent JD an email with some pictures and he replied that he'd get me a new ladder. To be honest, I didn't expect that. I guarantee you no other dealer would have done that and I'm pretty sure Godfrey didn't just offer up a new one. It was JD who got me the new ladder.
I have bought parts and accessories from North Bay and every time, I have been treated politely and promptly. Their prices are fair as well. I have recommended to both friends and strangers alike to go talk to JD when they are in a market for a boat. You can bet when we're ready for our next one, JD will be the first person we speak to. Thanks JD!
