“A true gem of an art supply store. This is the kind of store that, as an artist, I walk into an feel instantly inspired. Like a kid in a candy shop. Lots of unique items for sale. The prices are good and the owner is lovely and sells a little bit of everything. His store has been in Brookland since the 1970s, around the same time the beloved Murry & Paul's diner opened. Definitely worth the visit.”

“Went for a small art exhibit. Rather hard to find, it ended up not having a street facing door and the entry was in the back alley. Great vibe in a cool space. Awesome artists making fantastic work. No fee to get in that night, but donations were requested.”
