“We had a great time. As we see the whether is changing and the summer is at the end. However they had the last event at Fort Circle Park, nice park big and clean. Last Saturday, was a fun day with party folks. Children had a dance contest with the parent and other supporting them. All the kids are winner in my eyes. People was just glad to be out during these hard times wearing mask and social distance. We dance 💃 like it was our last dance. DC Thanks so much for this beautiful event.”

“The owner makes delicious, traditional, homestyle Ethiopian food. I've ordered here several times and always been delighted and thoroughly enjoyed the food! She also had wonderful coffee as well. But it takes several minutes since she only makes it to order. But it's worth it! I was delighted to discover that she was open and happy to make food for me on Christmas day! “Foodhini is incredible. The food is (deliberately) delivered cold, with comprehensive reheating instructions, usually in the oven or microwave. Everything reheats very, very well. In terms of the food itself, there's such a great selection, and everything is super tasty. “A true gem of an art supply store. This is the kind of store that, as an artist, I walk into an feel instantly inspired. Like a kid in a candy shop. Lots of unique items for sale. The prices are good and the owner is lovely and sells a little bit of everything. His store has been in Brookland since the 1970s, around the same time the beloved Murry & Paul's diner opened. Definitely worth the visit.”

“I am so happy with the work this company did. Richard and his team provided superior customer service, and great quality work at a reasonable price. Four guys came to install light fixtures and do the required patchwork. They were all super nice and did a great job. Before and after photos shown here. They took down track lighting and installed three pendants… and converted a recessed light to another pendant light. They patched, painted and cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again!”
