“It's a good gym! Lots of equipment and levels so it's kind of spread out and the locker rooms are nice. I will say that the equipment doesn't seem that new and some machines could use some upgrades/repairs (things like the fans don't work on them) but overall I've always enjoyed all the times I've been here!”

“Trusted health plan is a wonderful health insurance company. They were there for me from day one. They helped me to get my health insurance as well as get me to a health facility. They also help me with a nutritionist a great doctor as well as nutrition classes to show me how to eat healthy so many wonderful things. They also allow you to come in each day and check your pressure to see if your blood pressure is fine. It's so many things I can say about this place in Washington DC but I miss it.
