I will say that the equipment doesn't seem that new and some machines could use some upgrades/repairs (things like the fans don't work on them) but overall I've always enjoyed all the times I've been here!”

“The place I look forward to 5 days a week. Really nice covered saltwater pool, hot tub and sauna. Very clean and well kept. Always a familiar face and many classes to choose from. There is plenty of room for your own personal activities in-between classes if you just a space to stretch, dance or do yoga with a with a friend. The gym is well equipmed with all the weight you needed to get an all around work out and a good selection of cardio equipment that never has had a weight. Plenty of amazing trainers there if you are looking for some motivation and guidance.”

“Who knew DC had skate parks?! It's by no means as big as ones in California, but we'll take it. This one is small, but the fact that it exists, is a win. It's easy to miss. When you are walking toward RFK Stadium, look to your left and you'll see it by the huge parking lot. There are several pipes and space for skaters to get practice.”

Thanks to Jennie and the rest of the amazing teachers at the studio, my practice has completely transformed over the past year and a half. Not only has my strength, flexibility and balance all significantly improved, but also my ability to breathe and cope with stress. I love that there are so many different class options to choose from - including my favorite, Rocket! The community of people who practice here are all friendly and supportive as well.
