“I give this 3.5 stars. They are in a great location with great stuff in the store, and awesome hours (9:30AM-1AM). The line is never too bad or slow, and the people at the front are pretty nice. I do think that they could be a bit friendlier instead of just talking to each other. There doesn't really need to be two people behind the desk. My only complaints are that they often run out of stuff and don't restock for a while, and once they way overcharged me for the wrong products that I didn't buy. Also, the sandwiches could be a bit better. They're like mediocre cold cuts that have been in the fridge too long. However, it's so much better than the alternative of going to a convenience store in georgetown (vittles is right next to my dorm!) so I give it a 4 instead of a 3. Also, everything is super affordable.”

“A true gem of an art supply store. This is the kind of store that, as an artist, I walk into an feel instantly inspired. Like a kid in a candy shop. Lots of unique items for sale. The prices are good and the owner is lovely and sells a little bit of everything. His store has been in Brookland since the 1970s, around the same time the beloved Murry & Paul's diner opened. Definitely worth the visit.”

“This is one of the must visit Whole Foods when it comes to bakery and most groceries. Easy to find parking spot, clean in the inside and out, their hot food is so amazing and tasty, friendly stuff. Make sure to validate your parking tickets prior to exit the garage otherwise you’ll be stuck. I recommended it.”

“The bookstore at the Jefferson memorial can be a bit hard to find. Apparently they are doing some reconstruction work and the bookstore should go back downstairs to its normal location. During construction it is on the rotunda it's just on the other door not the elevators to the basement and museum. The bookstore is small but it carries a fairly wide selection of Washington trinkets as well as some really neat stuff specifically about Jefferson and the Jefferson memorial. They do have quill pens!”

“Tara helped me (someone admittedly indifferent to fashion) put together some great looks, feel confident, and dress quickly and without stress for work. We also got clothes for nights' out that i loved. She respected my budget, and her fee was well worth it. She stands above others for listening to what I want, and not imposing her style on me.”

“This is my favorite go-to place (DC, Georgia Ave) when I want to have brunch and extend breakfast to lunch. The restaurant opens at 10:30AM so I order then and this meal can last into dinner because of the portion size. Although in this pic there are only 4 potatoes and a few pieces of meat, typically they include more meat and potatoes. Nevertheless, this "dinner" usually comes with curry chicken, cabbage and rice but the rice is too crunchy so I choose to double the rice. The food is delicious 😋.”

“My experience with Walgreens in my neighborhood on Southcapital Street sw in dc is pure excellents. I used their photo services, I received my banner with-in 1 hour. Even when I called customers to service, excellent experience. The tech walked me through the website to create the banner, because I was confused. The tech was patient, helpful, and kind. It made me feel important as the customer. With the hour, the Walgreens tech called me back to inform me that my banner was ready. So when I walked in the store I said where is photo center, and the tech said my name, he said he recognized my voice from the Phone call. I just smiled. Excellent service. The banner is amazing. Thanks again Walgreens! MRS Johnson”

“I’ve been playing here for years and the course is currently in the best condition I’ve ever seen it in! There were tons of workers taking care of the course. It’s one of the easier tracks but it’s great for beginner and intermediate golfers to play without losing a ton of golf balls. Prices are fair. Views of DC and airport are amazing!”

“This store has amazing and professional customer service. The owner, Kuku was respectable and helpful from the moment I walked in and extremely accommodating. The store is laid out neatly and easy to maneuver. When they didn’t have enough packs of the hair I wanted, she immediately made a call to her other store and went out of her way to make sure I got the hair with no questions ashes. I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend!”

“Overnight street parking available (lock your doors but there are cameras). The dock is on the street you park on. It's a dead end but you can easily turn around (at night that is). They unloaded me right away even though I was a day late. Great attitude, great people and clean facility (even the bathroom was very clean).”

“I have been coming to this store pretty frequently ever since I moved to Logan Circle circa 2017. Cork and Fork establishment has a meticulous selection from many of the prominent old wine regions (From Chianti, Tuscany, Bordeaux, even Georgian) to the new regions from Chile, SA etc. Dominique (or end with c), Anna and Antoinette are subject matter experts in their wine domain. Dominique specializes in champagne in particular and Anna more in the aesthetics and overall structure of anything in the store. So they know their stuff fairly well and if you are someone who needs something within a certain price range of a certain body and age, be sure to ask and you shall receive. Over years, I have loved speaking to them in more detail about wine (considering I am more of a dilettante) and have always been rewarded by what they managed to pull out of shelf on every occasion. I think there was only one such rare occasion that I didn't like what was recommended and Anna later gave me another bottle free of cost which I remember to being decent compared to the former. So I highly recommend Cork and Fork for any wine enthusiasts of any level of matured palate and even if you are on a budget (there is a 4 bottles for $44 special, can't be beat even by the cheapest selection from Joes or Whole foods).”
