They said they were on their way home from a job but would come right out (Who does that, no less on a Friday late?). We had found a leak under our bathroom sink. With previous RV experience they knew what to do. I even told Dave on the phone if you are going to come out thinking it will be just tightening connections; that’s not it. He professionally responded “Ma’am, if we come out, we are going to fix the issue”. FIX THEY DID - Diagnostics, Supplies, Success! This was right before the 6-night hard freeze in north Duval county.
