(March 2, 2019, 11:42 am)Ron and his guys did an excellent job of correcting a trailer brake issue on my truck. I had my GMC into 3 mechanics on 6 different occassions trying to solve my trailer brake issue. I even went to Ron Norris GMC and their technician did shoddy work and lied to the Service Writer. When I brought my truck and trailer to Ron. They found the power wire in the front of truck and followed all the way to the back at the trailer connector. They and I were surprised to find that power wire to not be connected to the pin. They simply connected the power wire to proper pin on the connector and my trailer brake issue was solved. It took them about 30mins and they only charged me $50...I absolutely thankful.
