River Med Spa

I have finally found a talented AND honest injector. Michelle is Beautiful and knows perfectly what she is doing. My lips never looked more symmetrical. In fact they are Perfect. There was no bruising, or unevenness With the Botox, I had no drooping eyes lids. I experienced all of these horrors with other “well known” offices in this area. I gave River Med a try, even though they are new and I’m so glad I did. I finally feel like I got my moneys worth and I highly recommend we support this office. You will not be disappointed

I needed a new place to get a facial and googled near me. River Med Spa popped up. I had never heard of it so I made a call. Ellen answered the phone very professionally and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable. After hanging up, I went to the site to book a session. Later that afternoon, Helen called me back and wanted to discuss another option that we had discussed over the phone. Not only did she remember my name from the call but she paid attention and cared about what I wanted.
I had my procedure yesterday and could not have been more pleased. The place is beautiful. The staff is professional, the view over the river is so peaceful. I can not wait to come back for my next treatment. I highly recommend.

Yesterday I had my first two treatments at the elegant, spotless River Med Spa at the Cocoa Village. I have never had any skin procedures, and so I had a slight apprehension, but was immediately put at ease by the professionalism of Ozzy, Ellen and Dr. Burstein. I had seen the CBS news story on 6/17 and was very impressed with Dr Burstein's knowledge and expertise on skin care treatments.
I opted for RF Microneedling of my face, neck and decolletage with numbing cream, ultra chill air and the laughing gas (Pro-nox)
This was performed by Ozzy and Ellen, and was relatively painfree. Microneedling, is to increase collagen, reduce fine wrinkles, and resurface the skin. My skin was pink afterwards and it felt like a light sunburn. The pinkness went away within 2 hours completely. My RF Microneedling was followed up by an Erbium Yag Laser treatment performed by Dr Burstein and assisted by Ellen. Dr Burstein throughout the procedure asked me if I was comfortable and checked in often to make sure I was doing fine (which I was). I also opted for the extras of the chiller, which adds extra comfort and the Laughing gas. After the second procedure my face didn't hurt at all, but again I had the feeling I had been sitting in the sun for too long. Ozzy put Jojoba oil on my skin and Aquaphor for moisturization. I was instructed on care afterwards and I went on my way. Today, Day 1, I am red, more polka dotted really, and there is no pain at all. I am using the Aquaphor 4 times a day for moisture. In 2 weeks I'll do a follow up and I expect to see my skin my more evenly toned, and my fine wrinkles to be finer. I also had brown sun damage spots which I am hoping will be faded, or maybe gone. I am planning a second RF microneedling in 4 weeks so that I can continue to correct all the sun damage I have inflicted on my skin for decades. Ozzy, Ellen and Dr. Burstein are AWESOME. Highly recommend for a relaxing day of self improvement in beautiful surroundings, and even a stunning harbor view.

The staff is so kind and professional, the view from the treatment room is gorgeous, and the entire office is just lovely. Michelle gave me my treatment, and she was amazing, she listened to my concerns and I loved the results. Such a pampering experience. I will definitely be back.

This was by far the best facial experience I have ever had and Ellen Da Silva was AMAZING! She took the time to explain the procedure as well as explained the steps she was performing. Ellen has a wonderful , caring personality as well. Cant wait to return for my next session! Would highly recommend River Med Spa. The atmosphere and view of the Indian River is very soothing and the owners and all of the staff are very professional and make you feel right at home.
