(December 2, 2019, 7:49 am)Best ribs I've had in ages! The coleslaw was a perfect side and the potato was loaded! Corn fritters and fried mushrooms finished out our meal perfectly. The staff was friendly and the price was right.
(October 25, 2019, 5:32 pm)We are visiting Cocoa and decided on BBQ. We were seated immediately and the waitress got our drinks. As we were looking through the menu, I was looking at the sides to go with my baby back ribs. When she came to ask what we wanted to order, I asked if their vegetables had bacon in it. Having an allergies to it that I can't even eat anything cooked in bacon grease. The waitress was very sarcastic in replying it had pork on it. I explained my situation and again she informed me it had pork in it but in a tone of voice that I was getting on her nerves.
With that being said, the food itself is very good. As I mentioned I got baby back ribs, my husband got pulled pork and our friend got the chicken platter.
My ribs fell off the bone, the pulled pork was good but our friend said that the chicken wasn't as tender as it usually, from what he told us.
I do recommend this location. They have very interesting signs on the wall.
(September 15, 2019, 11:17 am)I gave it a 4 star because of the friendliness if the waitress and host. As far as the food, it came pretty quick which gave me the impression that the food was a reheat. It was not exactly fresh and hot. Woody's is starting to feel like a corporate restaurant and not a family owned restaurant.
