“This is the best Family Dollar store in Melbourne, FL. The employees are exceptionally customer focused, friendly and helpful. Every time I'm in this store and can't find something, the employees cheerfully walk me to the place to find what I'm looking for. Other stores I shop at employees are far from friendly and just tell you what isle to go to. Shopping at this Family Dollar is always a great experience because of the helpfulness of every employee. I've found items in this store you can buy for $1 that are sold at other stores five times the price. Family Dollar generic cold, allergy and medical supplies are as good as name brands. You can't beat the prices found at Family Dollar on most items. And most products I buy are available most of the time when shopping. I've been to other dollar stores and none of them are nearly close to the great shopping experience at this Family Dollar. The employees make this store the best shopping experience every time I shop. I love this store!”

“Drew with custom signs helped me design my newly purchased plumbing truck . And it looks incredible. We had a little mix up and I had to return to have something changed. With no excuses or resistance they made the corrections . And went out of there way to make sure I was happy with there product and workmanship. I really had a good experience here . “This is one of those stores that you never want to go because it might be too expensive but surprisingly, like with Macy's, you can find incredible deals like the shoes I recently bought for a b-day gift, original price was $70 and I ended up paying 28 after taxes. “This has become one of my favorite places to shop. We usually go as a group. We call it shop therapy. The selections are good and the prices are great. On Tuesdays and Fridays they offer extra savings discounts. Returns are usually easy to do and customer service is mostly good. There a cashiers who constantly makes transitions difficult and the shopping experience unplesant. When she is not there it is a great experience.”
