  Route 3 has been so much more than a gym to me. I have met some of the best people there who have become close friends. Everyone is amazingly supportive and genuine. As far as fitness, they helped regain my strength and endurance. They tailor everything so it's the right fit for each specific person. I could not ask for a better experience!

  Having never done cross fit and being fairly new to the area I was uncertain and a little intimidated walking into Route 3 to workout by myself. From that very first day, walking in alone, I felt welcomed and encouraged by a community of kind and supportive members and coaches. The amazing coaches took the time to work with me 1:1 to learn proper techniques and movements and when needed, modified workouts for maximum benefit while accommodating a previous injury. I have been working out at Route 3 for nearly three years now and I am in the best shape I have been in since my 20's and as an unexpected bonus I have met a group of people who are now friends in and outside of the gym. Love my Route 3.

  Workouts are catered to every person at EVERY skill level. Knowledgable coaches keep me safe but still push me out of my comfort zone. Super fun workouts with welcoming gym community/family!

  Great atmosphere and awesome coaches! I have previous injuries that limit my mobility but the coaches always find a variation that allows me to participate in class and push my limitations safely. I truly enjoy the friendships that have come from my Route3 family!

  I love R3. Prior, I had tried many programs and gyms in general, and never stuck with it. I’ve now been here 3+ years and have not only gained strength and physical achievements, but also made the best of friends and a second family. The coaches are awesome and customize to all skill levels. If you’re experienced and looking to continue your CrossFit journey, perfect. If you’re new and looking to begin, it’s also perfect! R3 truly has something for everyone. :)
