AC went out late afternoon, they had a Tech here within an hour. Was the second time this young tech was here, he does excellent diagnostics and repairs. The customer service representative on the was pleasant and walks us through some self diagnostics to help try and save us a service call. Pleasant and great company. We highly recommend American Heat and Air.

We had our AC go out over night. Called American Air and Plumbing first thing in the morning. They were able to get us in that very day. So very grateful for them doing this. Ryan came out and was able to fix the issue within an hour. Very nice young man, professional and responsive to our needs. This is a company that I will be giving my business to again. Thank you.
I just wanted to add to my previous post. We decided to go ahead and replace the old system that our house came with. The old system was from 2004 and was on its last leg. Tuesday of this week the service team from American Air and Plumbing came out to do the install. They were on time, and very professional. Once again we are very happy with the service provided by American Air and Plumbing and very happy with our replacement system. Looking forward to many worry free days now that we have our new AC system. Thanks again.

This company deserves more than a 5 star rating! My air conditioner died on a Friday night. I was anxious about getting a company to come out on a Saturday to check things out! After many calls (everyone who told me it would be at least until Monday), I spoke to Lori, the secretary at American, and she had two representatives here in 15 minutes!! DJ and Dave evaluated the situation and told me I needed a new inside and outside unit. The system was 17 years old so I suspected this would be the case. They gave me a fair estimate and I agreed to go with the installation which would take place on Monday providing they could find a unit to fit my space. In the meantime, due to the hot temperatures here in FL, they provided me with portable AC units to keep my condo cool until Monday. I was a bit skeptical and worried that they would not be able to get a unit by Monday, however I received a text at 8:15 AM on Monday telling me that they were on their way for installation! Garrett and Ephraim arrived and went straight to work- they did not even take a lunch break!! I had a cool condo by 5:00 PM with everything cleaned up and back in its place. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'll be sure to spread the word about this company! Thank you American Air and Heat of Brevard!!

I had my old A/C replaced with a Daikin Fit 5-ton unit. The sale manager Mark was very professional and honest, took his time to explain the whole installation process. I am very happy with the work that was done. I received a notification via text that the 3-technicians Brandon, Eric and Garrett were on there way to my house for the installation. They arrived 8:30am and were done by 3:00pm. They were very knowledgeable, respectful they removed the old system and installed the new one also cleaned up and hauled everything away.
