(February 26, 2020, 10:42 pm)I was extremely impressed with the dentist and his entire staff. They were very friendly, compassionate and thorough. They went over my X-rays and treatment plan and they did my cleaning the same day. Excellent hygienist.
(December 31, 2019, 7:57 pm)I’ve always been pleased with my care here. Highly recommend this group as I requested so many accommodations due to tremendous sensitivity. They have been terrific in accommodating my requests and very thoughtful, kind and caring.
(December 10, 2019, 10:02 pm)Jenny is a superior tech at "deep cleaning", a treatment that has been painful or unpleasant in my past experience with Dentist. She is quick, pleasant and explains everything she is doing. Two visits so far to Rockledge Dental, and I am impressed!
(November 12, 2019, 12:20 pm)I just called in attempting to setup a new patient exam, but was told that not only was my insurance providers not excepted, which I verified with my insurance company that it was before calling. But also I was told they wouldn't accept me paying out of pocket and then the office filling out a one page reimbursement form for my insurance.
You may need to look into hiring new office staff
Edit: since this initial engagement, Rockledge dental has reached out to me and setup and completed both my new patient appointment, six month cleaning as well as contraced and applied my insurance.
Revising score to 5 stars. It was a very pleasant appointment.
