Aaron was so good, and I was treated so well that any previous issue I had is gone. i trust these guys 100%. Professional, courteous service that really was a step above any other firestone I have ever been to.
I have a 2006 S60R, it has rare parts and can be fickle to work on. These guys nailed it. Identified every issue and had me back on the road quicker and cheaper than I had hoped. They really were amazing.
The only negative is the parking lot is always full, because the service is so good we all come back for more. If you do business with firestone, go to this location. Ask for Aaron, he helped me a ton.

Thank you for helping a girl in dire straits when she came in with a nail in 2 tires and so broke that the thought of buying a loaf of bread was just a dream.
He was able to get me back on the road and on time to pick up my two passengers from school as well as safely to their destination.
They may be pricey, but their service is always beyond expectations and they are so nice.
