I recently had a new patient appointment which was such a positive experience I felt the need to share. Everyone in the office was so friendly which I haven't experienced that in a very long time. I kept thinking this can't be. The doctor took his time and answered all my questions and before I left the boss (forgot her name) came to me and welcomed me to the practice, she explained what to do if I needed them at night or on the weekend and she even gave me a bag and thanked me for coming. If u are looking for a new doctor this is the place.

I’ve been using Innovacare for a year or so. There has been some doctor turnover, which is why I’m am giving four stars. I really appreciate the current medical director, Dr. Zayas. After a recent serious illness, she has taken the time to listen to my concerns and ease my mind. She has also been extremely helpful with short term disability paperwork. While I’ve only been seeing her for a couple of months, I’m very happy with her care and attention.
