Palmetto Ridge Estates

I am staying here right now with a good friend of mine and I'm hoping to get myself into a one bedroom probably in September or October I have to get a social security card but I love this place I just wish the pool was open more

I've lived here for quite a while; I've never had pest issues! The only negative aspect is the trash compactor. The maintenance staff are amazing, friendly, and efficient. The office management continuously makes an effort to improve the community and listen to tenant concerns.

I've lived here for 4 years now and really enjoy it. The only reason I don't give 5 Stars is because there are no balconies or patios. I enjoy all the wildlife we have! I like that I'm in a quiet building with neighbors who stick around. I've even grown accustom to the trains. I've not encountered any bugs, a couple of silverfish occasionally, but they come with the climate. I tell the office and they send out the pest control people. Any issue I've ever had, has been quickly repaired. Most importantly, I feel safe here. The entire staff here goes to great lengths to make this a nice place to live. Thanks Guys! :D
