“Unprofessional. I had a unit installed over 3 months ago. I have called multiple times and The "permit departmet" keeps promising an inspection. I missed a day of work waiting on an inspection that never happened. I was assured by managemnt that if i rescheduled for the following week that she wouldpersonally see to it that the inspection goes smoothly. I took off anohter day and got burned again with no call no show from the company. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”
