“I went to AutoZone for a battery check because I thought my battery was dying. I was assisted by a service employee named RON. RON was amazing ! He did a battery check, which in fact, showed my battery was toast! He looked up specs for my vehicle and found batteries that match and he showed me the options, no pressure to buy the most expensive, just explained the differences. He went on to get the new battery, remove my old battery, and installed the new one. He also helped find and install windshield wiper blades, and at my request checked the fluid levels and explained where the liquid should be, none needed filling. RON was so helpful and so kind. I definitely will continue to take my business to that particular AutoZone. Coral Springs on University, in old Pier One building. GREAT Customer Service like that is hard to find BUT so refreshing when you run across it !! THANK YOU RON !!”

“. Have going to Firestone for years. This location, however, always exceeds my expectations. Have been there for oil changes and tire repair for the past year. I used to go to the Coconut Creek location. I just bought a new set of tires I saw just went on sale on Firestones web site. The service rep gave me the sale price plus reduce the price even more because I had the road hazard warranty and still had some miles left on my current tires. I qualified for no interest financing for six months so walked away with zero out of pocket. I was expecting to leave the car there for several hours because the tires had to be send from another location but was surprised to get a call only two hours later that my tires were installed and m alignment was done. I will continue to use Firestone because I find they are honest, affordable, and dependable.”

“Buying tires is on my top 5 most disliked car related tasks. After getting a nail in the front tire we thought about just patching it and putting off the inevitable. After some discussion we decided to go ahead and get 4 new tires. Late in the afternoon, we thought for sure it would either be an over night stay, or a return trip, but a busy work week just added to the stress. Tim B was very helpful and promised the tire change would be done by 7pm and would set up to send a text notification because his shift was ending. We left and returned a little early at 6:30 pm and were surprised to see him in the pit putting the tires on the wheels. Not only excellent customer service, but ultimate follow through! Doing what ever it takes to get the job done. Well done. Will be back for sure”
