“USP is the place to go if you have a German car! I drive a 2013 VW GTI which needed a new intake manifold (P2015 Error Code) and a carbon cleaning after 60k+ miles without one being done. I rolled up and they immediately went to work. The shop is very clean and professional looking. Tyler went over the inspection with me and confirmed I definitely needed a new manifold, cleaning, and surprisingly found an oil leak coming from my transmission oil pan. He showed me in detail with pictures the tech had taken where it was leaking from and the carbon build up in the intake manifold. I had also mentioned I was losing a lot of oil and they even ran a smoke test on the engine to help me diagnose the problem. They lent me a loaner car (free of charge) while they performed the service which only took a few days. Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable, and would keep me updated on the status of the car. The shop even found a piece missing from the previous cleaning done by the dealership and threw it in for free. I've put 3k+ miles since then and the cars been running flawlessly with an increase in WHP! I will definitely be coming back with this car and any others I buy in the future.”
